Remodelize is an AI design studio. You upload one photo of your bathroom and you get that exact room back, remodeled, free. Then you change it by chat until it looks like the thing you have been picturing. This page covers what the studio does with your photo, how far you can push a concept, and what a remodel like yours tends to cost.
We rebuild your room, down to the window.
The shape stays. So do the window, the door and the proportions. We change the finishes, and the fixtures too if the scope you pick covers them. You stop describing what you want in adjectives and start pointing at parts of your own bathroom.
Then you change it by typing.
Say "walls to sage green" or "darker vanity, keep the tile" and the studio makes that one change and leaves the rest of the room alone. It shows you what it changed and what it kept before it renders. Once you have an account every version is saved next to your photo and next to each other, so you can go back to the one you liked three changes ago.
Nobody can build from it yet.
A concept carries no measurements, no permit set and no materials list. What your room can take depends on the plumbing behind the wall, the structure and the local code. That part comes from a company that has stood in your bathroom.

A concept is an illustration made by an AI model from your photo. It is not a design plan, not a construction drawing, not a quote, and not a promise about what any company will build. Fixtures, materials, layout and price all depend on your home's plumbing, structure and permits, and on the company you hire. Results vary.
What a bathroom like yours costs, in national numbers
Nobody can price your bathroom from a photo, and we are not going to try. What we can do is tell you the numbers the industry publishes, so a quote arriving at your kitchen table has something to sit next to.

National averages, not a price for your home. Where you live moves them.
Nationally, homeowners who did a major bathroom remodel in 2024 spent a median of $22,000, and the top ten percent spent $60,000 or more. Across all bathroom renovations, big and small, the median was $13,000. Those are what people reported spending, not a price for your home.
Two things then move your own number more than anything else on this page: whether the plumbing stays where it is, and what the tile and fixtures cost in your area. That is why one company can say twenty-two thousand and another can say forty on the same room. Individual results vary.

About these numbers. They are national averages, not a price for your home. What you pay moves with where you live: labour rates, taxes, what a permit costs, what the local code requires, and what materials sell for in your area. We are a design studio, not a contractor, so we cannot be held to a number on this page. Only a company that has seen your bathroom can give you a real one.
Plan around those numbers if you like. The part you can change today is the room itself.
